About
An independent lane.
Primer Desk publishes what a gated product actually requires before a desk should commit engineering time.
The desk is not a broker, a custodian, an exchange, an adviser, or an introducing agent. It does not take client assets, it does not intermediate orders, and it does not claim a regulatory license. There is no intake on this site and no mandate is accepted from it.
Where a primer names a product, including Binance Crypto-as-a-Service, it is explaining that vendor's public documentation. It is not official Binance documentation, and it is not an affiliation. Who the writing is for is on For desks. The index is the primers.
Disclosure
The author is employed in crypto institutional products. Primer Desk is an independent personal project. It uses only public documentation, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Binance, and is not official Binance material.
What gets published
- Decision-ready primers built from public documentation.
- Plan-band outlines when the evidence is not filled yet, marked as such.
- A buyer screen a product lead can take into a vendor meeting.
What does not
- Affiliation, endorsement, or a claim to speak for a named vendor.
- Invented volumes, assets under management, user counts, or uptime.
- Confidential onboarding material, internal runbooks, or anything a reader cannot open from a public URL.
- License numbers this desk does not hold.
How to read a primer
A named vendor is a third party. The primer describes that party's public documentation of a gated product. Citation is not endorsement, not access, and not a recommendation to use the product. Whether a buyer can actually use it still depends on the vendor's onboarding, the buyer's jurisdiction, and the commercial model the vendor approves.
